Recruitment and workforce support for German employers
We are an international recruitment company with seven years of experience. We connect skilled professionals from India, and candidates already living in Germany, with employers across the country who cannot fill their positions.
Sourcing, screening and matching
You describe the workforce need. We do the searching and the filtering, so you only spend time on candidates who fit.
A place to work, and help getting there
We work with professionals from India and with candidates already in Germany who want a role that matches their training.
Where the shortage is, and where we work
Hospitals and clinics
Registered nurses, ward assistants, operating theatre and intensive care staff.
Elderly and nursing care
Care homes and home care services, including night and weekend shifts.
Hospitality and gastronomy
Cooks, kitchen assistants, service, housekeeping and front desk staff.
Engineering and IT
Mechatronics technicians, machine operators, maintenance and technical support roles.
Skilled trades
Electricians, welders, installers and vehicle painters with proven experience.
Logistics and warehouse
Warehouse staff, forklift drivers and production support for shift operations.
Anerkennung, visa and arrival
Recognition of a foreign qualification is where most placements stall. We prepare the documents, deal with the recognition authority and follow the visa appointment until it is booked.
What working with us looks like
Intake call
Role, shifts, team, start date, language level and anything that has made previous hires fail.
Search and screening
We interview candidates ourselves and check qualifications and references.
Shortlist
A small set of profiles with our notes. You decide who you want to meet.
Placement and aftercare
Contract, recognition, arrival, accommodation and the first weeks at work.
We quote per role, after the intake call
Fees depend on the sector, the qualification and whether the candidate is recruited in India or already lives in Germany. You get the numbers in writing before we start.
